Located in the heart of Halifax, this ex NHS building features 14 individual apartments ranging from three beds to studio apartments. The property retains many of the original features and provides modern living. The project was started during lockdown and is on target to complete in 2021. 

This stunning art deco building in the centre of a lively and bustling area dates back to c.1926 and after a long history of commercial use, stood empty for a number of years before we acquired it and renovated it into 26 one beds and studio apartments to meet the needs of young professionals and students in the area. 

Previously two offices next door to each other, the building was transformed into a 14 en-suite room  student pad, meeting the modern housing needs of Keele University students.  

Previously called The Old Dairy (due to it's previous use!) Phoenix House is a conversion of the commercial building into a gated complex of 10 studio apartments, meeting the needs of the local professional market.
