This property was sourced from a contact of ours and was brought to our attention as the building had some appealing aspects including two beautiful stone bays and many internal period  features. It also has a fantastic location, in the middle of Halifax and right next door to the Halifax Building Society head office. 

The property was a NHS treatment, consultation and office facility which became surplus to requirements following site consolidation. The development is spread over 4 floors and were able to obtain planning permission to convert the building into 14 3-bed, 2-bed, 1-bed and studio apartments. 

In order to get the maximum price for the building the NHS trust we were working with allowed us the time needed to secure the required planning permission and through this co-operation both buyer and seller achieved what they needed to from the sale.
