Hanover House

A property sourcer we had been using locally spotted an office for sale in what was considered to be a good location for student accommodation at the local university. It would require considerable re-modelling as the building had a quirky shape but with the help of a great architect team we were able to find a layout that worked. 

During the process of buying the property and figuring out a workable scheme, the building next door (also an ex-office) came on to the market and we decided to buy that too and combine the building to create a 14 en-suite bedroomed HMO fit for the modern needs of students. 

Because of the quirky shape of the building we had to bring in a specialist interior designer to plan the layout and make sure that the building worked – another satisfying challenge overcome.
