Problem solving is a the heart of what we do
With over 20 years experience, starting initially with property investment, it didn't take long for us to transition to a build-to-let company and then ultimately to a commercial-to-residential development company where we found our 'sweet' spot. We have arrived at a place where we can easily create sustainable living spaces from defunct commercial buildings and thereby provide much needed modern, energy-efficient affordable housing — without using any more of our country's green spaces!

Our skill set is pretty unique as our key team come from within the banking industry so due diligence, cashflow and making sure the number stack up are at the very heart of our approach.

Damian McLaughlin

Damian is a Business graduate and MBA who, after a successful career working for blue chip corporates, transitioned to the property sector. For almost 20 years he has been a property investor and then developer. He has led Urban Phoenix to becoming a leading commercial-to-residential developer. His role is to drive Urban Phoenix's mission to take defunct commercial buildings and transform them into modern, energy-efficient, affordable new homes helping to meet the housing needs of the nation and preserve our green spaces.

DWA are multi-award winning international architects, established in 1988. They provide a full chartered architectural service for a large range of projects, from feasibility studies, to full design and contract administration through construction. They are currently involved in our current Elmfield House project.

Project Manager
With a career dedicated to the construction industry Martin has presided over 1000+ projects from small residential building projects to multi million pound commercial and industrial conversions. He has experience as contractor's estimator, contract manager and project management. In 2012 he up his own construction consultancy.
